Refund and Exchange Policies:

• We do not provide refunds; however, you have 48 hours from the date you received your item to request an exchange for any other item available on our website.

• Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. It needs to be unworn and unused. Products need to have tags on.

Shipping Policies:

• We deliver allover Egypt.
• Standard shipping time (3-5 working days).
• All shipping excludes weekdays and holidays.
• Returns while courier is at your door will cost the shipping fee.
