- Where is my order?

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday during working hours with orders placed after 2:00 PM CLT  processed the next working day (not including public holidays).

- Do you have International shipping?

  • Not yet. We are expanding to Saudi Arabia on June 2025.
 - Do you have a showroom?
  • We’re available online only.

- How can I make sure of my size?

  • Please make sure of your size through our size chart.

- I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

  • Please check your spam/junk mail in case the order confirmation has landed in there. If you still can't find your order confirmation please contact us.

- How can I pay my order?

  • You can pay only as cash on delivery. (Cash money, Instapay & Wallets).

- Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?

  • Unfortunately we can’t send two sizes but we allow exchanges after the courier leaves.

- Can I try the products on while the courier waits?

  • Packages can’t be opened while the courier awaits but we can exchange it after the courier leaves.
